What are keys to success in bodybuilding according to you?
What would you recommend for newbies and not only. Let's discuss this subject wider.

You must have a goal and then follow it no matter what happens.

Basic workout, good clean diet based on your body composition, a journal to track success and failures, and read as much about nutrition as possible. Get your diet together BEFORE worrying about creatine and other supplements. Train hard for a few years before considering steroids. Spend less time in the gym and more time on other things- you grow outside the gym. most of all, enjoy the journey - you only live once!
