Probably 5 weeks of any meaningful training and none at all the last 2.
Its not the end of my world even though its getting frustrating now. Gives me a chance to recover and start the new year with loads of energy and enthusiasm to give a 10 x 10 cycle a real good go.

not that bad then

and whats plan for that workout

keep saying ill give it a go but dont

think i worry about fitting what i need in my lunch hour

I've been advised to lower the weight. So 10 x 10 is a very good way to build the weight back up slowly and safely, while still getting a good workout.

And in 3 or 4 months I'll be lifting heavier again. Hopefully :)

Back in the gym after about a million year lay off or so it seems.

Shoulders 3 days ago and back today. Pathetically low weights for the first week to make sure I'm fully fit again and then full steam ahead again. So far no unwanted pain :D

Chest and triceps today. Just legs to go and I'll be ready to hit some weights hard.
