What do you do??
I'm a self employed carpet cleaner, I work the worst hours ever, sometimes it's nights, sometimes days, often days and nights lol , mostly 10 fucking minutes before I hit the gym I'll get a call out.
What do you guys do and what hours?? How does it affect your workout pattern?? It's not so bad for me as I mainly hit cardio so can get out for a run at 6am if needed but I'm planning my first cycle and I'm trying to hit the gym as much as possible. ogy |
