Tire flipping
 

I've have just been given a big tractor tyre as mother in law has farm
And now going to use it for fitness tyre flipping
Does anybody else use this
Just had go its it's hard work
The one I have is over 6ft

hears few pics of misses doing tire flip
she suprised me i didnt think she would be able to do it ten flips later i was defo proved wrong
tire needs good clean as got it from working farm

and one of these pics her arms look big and on other shows her shoulders
