Time for change
The best approach is to start changing your eating beahaviour. Change your habits. You don’t need to deprive yourself of food to lose weight. Begin by eliminating foods that tend to put on fat. Start decreasing your rations gradually, instead of skipping them altogether. This is much more effective approach in the long run.
