- people that dont wipe the equipment down after - people that uses a bench or machine and just sits there texting making you wait forever - when guys that dont use deoderant - good'ol air lats I can go on and on LOL |

People who text taking up equipment.
People who grunt/scream through the whole damn gym and aren't even going that hard. People who take up equipment and aren't using it correctly, with no intention to learn to use it correctly. Guys flexing in the damn mirrors in front of me while I am trying to watch my form while I lift. .... I could probably go on.....

Today I was able to sneak a recording of what I have to go though at my gym, it doesnt piss me off but it annoys me cause at times when hes there I need to wait till hes done his ego lifts, this guy hogs almost every plate in there...this was like a warm up as you can see its not fully racked YET LOL he loads it right up. He uses the same weight for calves when hes on this leg press machine and no I dont text and play with my phone when I'm training LOL, I just had to record this fool for you to all see haha

yesterday in the gym i went in and cos i was naughty last week didnt do legs on friday so thought right twice this week now for slacking
so legs it was only to walk in and both squat racks taken one by someone who was squatting 180-200kg so no way was jumping in on that the other was taken by two lads bicep curling the thing is they bath had good upper bodys just no legs at all so really they should be useing it for intended purpose so this pissed me off bit so then had to go in the cross fit bit as can use the climbing frame thing in that bit you know has all sorts of things hanging from it well at end has adjustible bars so can use for squatiing so theres the second thing pissed me off then when went back to but to do other leg workouts there was a person in the fucking squat rack useing it to hang to do abs as in leg raises i mean fuck sake people may want to use that for fucking squatting this didnt piss me off too much as hand finish squatting myself just got on my nerves then i thought well im fucking training at fitness first what do i expect |
