Test prop/winstrol cycle

Hey guys, thinking about running test prop and winny starting in late jan/feb. Anyone have any tips on dose, length etc. I'm thinking a total of 10-12 weeks but not very familiar with winny dosage. Test prop e.o.d but not sure how much within the stack. Any advice/pointers help
