On Sundays, boil a dozen eggs and peel them. Store them in a plastic container in the fridge and eat them when a snack craving hits. One egg contains six grams of protein (yolk), and eggs are loaded with healthy fats and vitamin D and B12.
And if you want to save time, purchase a bag of pre-peeled, hard-boiled eggs from the grocery store.
