We all know sleep is essential to help maximise recovery - how do you ensure you get a good nights sleep?

bed by 1130 90 percent of the time, and I try and sleep until 9 or 10 if possible. and I move between two time zones. So I use meatonin when that happens and I find it helps.

i usually just sleep 8 hrs.. Or 7...
