Nice to reflect on progress
So dug old pic out from sept 2012 it's about 3 years ago and look crap but been lifting over year and at the time I thought I looked great but good to show what progress time and hard work can do


Work hard focus on a goal and achieve it
I'm no where even near where want to be but I can vision it in my mind and will get there

I've said it before but the improvement is immense. Hard work and training definitely pay off. And diet!
