Scivation’s diet
Anyone following the Scivation’s diet It’s a high protien, high fat, low carb diet.
You eat five meals a day, all meals containing protein and fats. You get one carb meal a day that's post workout or first thing non workout days. Meal 1)99g blueberries 4 Whole Eggs and 3 egg whites (the whole eggs count as fats for this meal) Meal 2)6 oz of chicken or lean steak) 40g raw almonds Half a grapefruit Cup of broccoli Meal 3 (post workout meal sone carb meal)2 scoops Whey Isolate 40g natty pb Carb source rotate between 1 cup oats, 1 and 1/3 cup rice, or 4 slices bread Meal 4)6 oz Chicken avocado Cup of broccoli Meal 5)6 oz Chicken 40g raw almonds |
