Default ronnie colman why people done even look like lifter

You might recognise him by his face, his shape, his size, or as most do, you might recognise his voice. The infamous high-pitched tone of none other than the great Ronnie Coleman has echoed through gyms for decades. And with the creation of YouTube, this has allowed a platform for Ronnie Coleman to further enlighten those left in awe and envy of his incredibly successful bodybuilding career.

One thing that separated Ronnie Coleman from most of the other competitors stepping on the Mr. Olympia stage, was his strength. Hypertrophy training focuses on certain muscle groups, making sure you apply weight for the right about of time on the muscles your training to achieve ‘growth’. Powerlifters and those training for strength tend to follow a heavier-weight-lower-rep regime. This means a lot of bodybuilders train to build their bodies (duh), but few train to work on their strength.

Ronnie was different. Not only was he sweeping the Mr Olympia floor with the rest of the competitors, he was also pushing absolutely crazy amounts of weight, that luckily, were captured on camera and will forever have a place on the internet for people to witness the legendary Ronnie Coleman in his prime.

With the growing pressures of ‘ideal body’ created by society and social media, many young men are taking to the gym to improve their physiques. The unfortunate part of this is, that most people are simply training to look good, rather than to improve upon their own physical capabilities.

Ronnie speaks the absolute truth below, and know many of you will agree:
