if you search on youtube for "Rich Pianas upcoming cycle" you will see tons of vids of people talking about it, he plans on gaining 30lbs in 3-4 months, which is VERY possible cause I just did it, I seen some pics her and there but didnt see it all, he posted it on his instagram but I cant find it on there either
