Add a tbsp. to my shakes and have 2-3 pb sandwiches as a snack every day which raises your caloric intake slightly. 1 slice of bread = 90 calories, 1tbsp pb = 90, so 2 sandwiches put you at 360 calories in about a minute and a half. Love the stuff:D

i actually do this once a day on non training days and twice a day on training days. skippy is what i prefer
