What is the optimal amount of protein per meal in your view? One fella has just sent me a pm telling me he takes upto 300 grams in a meal!

OMG !!!!! i think tht his kidneys are going to fall out of his body..lol :eek:

i try to get 40 to 60 grams per meal... and 60 to 100 in carbs..
