nervous second day after training
hi guys do you have same problem as me? I am very nervous second day after training and I understand this is due to the fact that nervous system did not recover yet. are there any solutions at this point?

Do you consume a lot of caffeine? I know if I consume alot of it after training I feel anxious/jittery
