muscle building breakfast?!
what's your ideal muscle building breakfast?! We're comparing notes. I have whey protein as soon as I wake up then 50g oats mixed with scoop of whey

I use morning fury, its a product from muscle fury. I enjoy having something hot in the morning.

Protein shake as soon as I wake up, I train at 6.30am so another protein shake immediately after training then breakfast about an hour to an hour and a half later I have breakfast which is generally:
6 egg whites(Scrambled or omelete) 2 yolks 2 peices of wholemeal toast A bowl of porridge oats Glass of juice or milk. |
what kind of protein do you guys drink in the am? i can force one down occassionally but cant find one i like enough to get down EVERY morning

I use Reflex Instant Whey, Great taste and great protein plus they do alot of different flavours most of which taste good, Sci-Mentor is another great tasting protein it tastes pretty much the same as macdonalds shake! Lovely stuff but I had to stop using that one because I was drinking too much of it, just because of the good taste!

At the moment I am having PHD Nutrition Whey for breakfast and before training Sci Mentor ultimate 4 after training and ON 100% Casein Protein Powder before bed

Optimum Nutrition 100% whey choc goes down well , mixes with a spoon also .
I cant comment on any other flavour . |
