-going for a pr......takes 5 minutes to skip to the perfect song

-headphone falls out during set....set ruined

-attractive womenzz walk by during last round of your drop set

-lift to failure....too tired to put weight back...leg day

I wish they would put a shirt or some samples at the bottom of the protein jug. It would make digging for the scoop worth it.
Yes I have contacted allmax about this and they said maybe they will try it one day

Also, even though I've been taking it on and off for 20 years, creatine still gives me the shivers every time I drink it. It always reminds me of sand and since I use as little water as possible when I mix it I always get a little shiver and sometimes that gag reflex action.

And also yes to the ear bud thing. It takes me 6 hours to get 4 sets of t-bar rows because I keep pulling out my ear bud every time I try and get set.
