looking back

has anyone gone from being VERY out of shape to being VERY in shape - do you enjoy looking back through your old pics and seeing the progress made?

i went from skinny guy to being in good shape, participating at contest then being in bad shape and now i am try to get back in shape :)

When I look at pics where I look good I am motivated. It great to be in shape.
