hello fellow meatheads.

ok so i will be a source on this site in about a week or two and i want to get active here. lets get these forums jumping. i have been around on online forums for a long time and one of the best things about them is the community feeling. its great to get online and speak with like minded people about making our selfs better. i know a ton of people i will be inviting over here and if you guys like the community here then why not do the same? the more like minded people we have on the boards the better the conversation and the more we learn from one another.
