It's the start of the week
It's the start of the week, so many of you will be thinking about what you're going to do in the gym between now and next Monday if you haven't already got started. Some people like to break up their gym routines by muscle group, others by CV and strength training days.
However you plan out your sessions, to us, the important thing is that proper thought and preparation goes into them so that you can get the most out of every session. What have you got planned for the coming week? |
