I had a couple of slipped/herniated discs over the last decade and a half. Absolute agony at the time, but after a few years the pain does gradually subside and disappear.
I've now got a problem with my upper left back somewhere and (sometimes) when I bench press or dumbbell press I just lose all power. It get very little warning, no pain, no nothing else. I've accepted that I won't ever break any records doing that movement again. It's effing frustrating!!! |
