I was sent this pm today so I thought I would get all you fellas involved in helping
I always find trouble having a perfect food day as I always find my sweet tooth gets the better of me, especially in social settings but even alone.
I definitely think a lot of it is habit rather than actual cravings since I used to be given dessert after every meal except breakfast growing up. Anyone with advice overcoming this weakness? |
I satisfy my sweet tooth through protein baking.
Simple things like protein pancakes (or even better, banana protein pancakes) are ways of taking foods that the average gym goer will eat e.g Eggs, protein powders, oats, bananas etc and making them into something more awesome to eat. |
How about drinking a cup of water ?
