good question
I do have a lot, a small gym in my garage even I dont use them for long time, however I do have in my house some barbells and I use them when I miss gym workout.

A dip, chin up and leg raise station along with a heavy bag. When I'm doing my cardio 2 a day's I ride my bike for an hour or so then do a round robin type workout with a jump rope, pull ups, dips etc. Also have a pair of 40's for general purpose like push up rows, curls when watching t.v., etc. I will say though they stay covered in dust probably 8 months out of the year.

I have a little "emergency kit" as i call it cause ,sometimes i get snowed in where i live In Minnesota and cant drive my Mustang to the gym or in case just wants some sets and feel good))) hammer bar,EZ bar,dumbbells and chin ups and push ups bar with a benchweights.jpg

I'm lucky really because my gym is open 365 days a year, even opens for 4 hours on Christmas morning
