Are there any certain things you'll take to help over the counter or proscribed?

Haven't found anything that works long term

I use to take sleeping pills to sleep but now im on prescription meds for it, after a while the sleeping pills stop working, but if you dont wanna get a script for sleeping aids try some regular sleeping pills from the drug store, I have a hard time sleeping as well I know how you feel bro

I've tried ambein and trazodone but none work

see your doc to get a scripted for somethin strong or you can always use GHB, i might try that stuff later on just for sleeping, puts you instantly in REM sleep

But where do you get it? That's the problem

It's easy to get I've done.many times problem is just a little too much and you don't wake up. It was ' very popular in the 80s and 90s along with Nubian. All it takes is a cap full and your out. Now if u get caught with it your in deep trouble since now ghb. Is known for date rape
