yesterday had real good training session with fella called dave crossland
and some great advice and information was great
we first went through my workout routine and went though all movement and showed how to do them better or correct any form problems I had (and I had a lot)
then had back workout to finish and was fucked
and learned so much and how been doing so many bad mistakes during training
for those who don't know dave
in UK hes known for hes brutal training
and also probable UKs no 1 steroid expert
think hes was 430lb at hes biggest
also known for documentrys he has done where he was pushing limits
