My favorite body part to train is my back,
My favorite exercise is bent rows, I love feeling the muscles sqeeze when you pull the bar up, always gives me an amazing pump!

I would have to go with shoulder.....love that rounded delt look. My favorite exercise is a 3 part super-set starting with seated front raises, to seated lateral raises, followed by reverse incline rear delt raises. I keep the reps high as this is more or a shaper than a builder. These as the final exercise of shoulder day work amazing!
