Set A Time Limit For Your WorkoutIt’s important to focus on the number of exercises, sets and reps you need to do before each workout, but once you’ve reviewed that, you also need to set a time limit.
This*will keep you from fiddling around during your workout, letting your rest periods drag on, and wasting time and momentum on other things.*
We all do better when we have a time limit.
Deadlines help us be more productive in all areas of our lives—and your training is no exception.
I recommend that you strive to get your workout done in one hour or less. What that time limit is, however, isn’t as important as you simply have one established before you step one foot into the gym.
Train Hard.
Think Big.
You are a MASS MACHINE
