Eazy Tip
Good nutrition, the right supplements and scientific training can help you build the physique you desire (taking into consideration your genetics).
Overall balance is very important. 9 out of 10 gym users have imbalances. As you can see in my picture I am performing a wide grip pull up, the formula I am using is a 5-1-1 tempo eccentric load to failure then 0.5 reps to fatigue. I have found this is great for building quality muscle, stability and good connective tissue health. The majority of people focus on "mirror muscles" 'chest & arms' but forget that the extensor chain has a huge impact on spinal health, posture and overall performance. Try slowing down your tempo while performing your pulling exercises for good muscle fibre recruitment and quality muscle gains. |
