Sadly, it's the same old part truth mixed in with loads of misinformation!

We all know the bloke who died didn't die just because he took steroids. Not at that age. Death certificate said misuse of Class C! That could include just about anything.

Wouldn't it be unbelievable if the BBC actually made a documentary in the benefits of and the safe way to use steroids. Obviously they can't.

And poor old Reggie is incredibly naïve. About most of it. Not least the underground chemist who said he felt responsible for making the steroids as safe and sterile as he could but that he wasn't responsible if people then injected in an unsterile way! How can he be responsible for that?

Do tobacco companies feel responsible for lung cancer or the whisky producers for cirrhosis of the liver or Tate and Lyle for diabetes and who knows what else? Course not!

Feel sorry for the family of the guy that died but don't blame steroids!
