I was wondering if anyone follows a 4 month plan.
Its pretty much 4 months cardio for fat burning. Followed by 4 Month Bulking heavy weights. , Followed by 4 month cutting high rep and cardio. So you get a low body fat with cardio exercise for the first 4 months. Followed by a bulk to gain as much muscle as you can. With this always comes fat and water weight. So this is followed by 4 months of cutting. Has anyone followed a routine like this? |
