Default cuttin the FAT

never had to do one setup,til i turned 25,now only 28, my body has started to take on fat around the love handles, and lower abs.never had to use anything to cut before,but times change.any tips on fat cuttin ,without losing muscle to?

I get the same within 6 weeks out of running, I'm 32 now and in my mid twenties realised that a good solid 6 weeks of cardio, running swimming and cycling and holding back on alcohol shifts the lot easily enough, not as easy these days with the family but still highly doable

pisses me off how quickly I can get out of shape but how long it takes to get in shape

Diet bro.

90% lean red meats. White fish, chicken.

You can have 3 solid meals everyday
2 cups of white rice, 2 oz of haddock, Eat that for Lunch, and then instead of haddock throw a chicken breat in and eat that.

Spray i cant beleive its not butter all over it, stuff adds good taste, 2 to 3 weeks of eating those foods will do you great, just change the meals up.

Also you can eat a cup of oatmeal for a meal, can of tuna and sald, Protein shake, 1 a day is good. Egg whites.

Of course eating 6 meals a day every 2 to 3 hours, and drinking 8 cups of cold water a day, helps to speed up your metabolism.

yeah sounds good ,but i work in construction for a live,a diet like that drains me,wouldnt have any energy,just finished a diet about the same,good looks out of it but damn i got weak.gotta have alittle carbs......
