Some of it makes sense. Pound for pound, a powerlifter's muscles are generally more powerful/stronger than a purely size building bodybuilder. But once the article gets beyond that bit it starts to completely unravel. It's yet another article written by a journalist who basically knows nothing about what they're writing and tried to plump up the very little bit of research with their own completely wrong analysis. Though how anyone can seriously write that someone who doesn't train at all can be stronger than someone who does is totally beyond me!
On the same page one of the headlines is implying that if you drink 3 cups of green tea a day there's you'll a good chance you'll get jaundice!
Really! They must be proud that they uncover facts that no one else can!
