I understand where you are coming from, but as a woman if you actually want more muscles and get leaner, it is so difficult, my body does not want to go under 17bf% I want to have more muscles and leaner than that, shit will just not move and I recover slower and strength is slow going too. i can only squat a measly 115lbs and deadlift 175lbs for reps, the rest like bench and OHP is just piss poor. testosterone is great |
