"'arm" guys
 

have you noticed how many 'arm" guys there are , so many fellas chucking on a vest with HUGE arms but have no chest, back, shoulders, traps or anything! LOL

How about the bicep boys, They get in the gym and spend the next 2 hours doing dumbell curls(badly) Shouting at each other to push one more rep!
Telling more experienced guys how they should really train!

I cant stand those guys at the gym .. summer gym boys i call them dont see them much when it gets cold!

I imagine the arms aren't really that big if they are not training everything else
