I think I see half of these at least once a week. The other day I had to wait until this lady would stop jump roping in the corner where the 70-120 lb. dumbbells are located. Gym was empty, she could have gone anywhere, including the basketball court, but instead set up shop right where I had to grab weights, lug them halfway across the gym, lug them back, grab another set......
