Well it was to have an successful cut in Jan. And then bulk right before summer, but not so much that I add too much body fat back on. But as days go by, I'm increasing feeling like my plans are getting slowed up.

At best, I may be cutting in February. Which isn't the biggest deal.

I'm changing from strength building to size building. Getting a bit old to push the same weights I pushed twenty years ago. Doesn't mean I'm giving up giving it my all though.

I wonder if I should change my method too. I'll do strength for a few weeks, size for a few, then back and forth.

I'd like size though.

After I cut, I'm gonna go for size.

It's an accepted way of cycling your training. Maybe slightly longer than a few weeks but whatever works for you works for you.

aim this year to add bit more size and muscle quality in coming months then later in year get on that stage
think ill be able to deal with cut but never gone below 7% ish so getting few % lower is going to be the new challenge

still not sure when and what comp

well we plan on doing it together so she will have to dull it down
we doing it early in year ish as shes going back to uni sept so wants to do it early so can focus on one or the other

my goal is to hit 210lbs lean enough that I have an good six pack, I want this by the spring

People say to me its possible to be too big.....but for me I dont want a physique thats average something thats reachable, I want something thats unobtainable that looks like its so hard to get, yes women hate it, BUT I FUCKIN LOVE IT....SO FUCK IT!! why do I want this???
