Agreed. Typo on my part. I'm not using Tren-E, meant to type Tren-Ace (100mg/ml).

The Sustanon, EQ, and Tren-Ace, are all loaded in the same syringe for one shot every three days of each.

im front loading 600 mg of test e a week,, with a front load of 600mg of deca a week and a-bombs 50 5 days a week... was thinkig about adding the tren as well..

A lot of people will tell you mixing deca and tren is not a good idea.
Personally I don't run them together.
Some do at low dosage and some will add masteron with some success.

what would be a good alternative tht u would recommend?

I'm not saying you can't do it, a lot of people do it's just something I choose not to do.
Test and tren and add equipoise instead of deca.

Firstly you want your test to be slightly higher than the deca so you need to adjust that, maybe up the test to 750mg.
Run the deca for 10 weeks and the test for 12 weeks, always run the test for 2 weeks longer than the deca(the same applies to tren)
