I agree with meathead on that 500-750 depending on some things but i've been known to run higher doses and have seen some great results from some high dose like in the 1000-1500 range but i wouldnt do that now omly because it is a waste of test in my opinion and there are other compounds to run with test to get even better results rather than just high doses of test but still I agree with at least 500 ew
