What is the best cycle for beginner?
 

I am planning doing a cycle in a month. I want to add muscles and strength. What is the best decision here?

many different ones here,
i would suggest dianabol upto 50mg a day for 8 weeks

or Test enanthate or Cypionate upto 500mg per week for 10 to 12 weeks

or My fave beginner cycle Sustanon 250, 500mg a week and Deca Durabolin up to 400mg per week. again 10 to 12 weeks,
someone else will be able to give you other beginners stacks they'll be along soon.

My first was dbol plus test. Yo can do the same or you can take only test for 12 weeks at 500mg per week.

Your first cycle is the most important cycle of your life...Your body has never seen the likes of AAS and your body will respond to it with great results...so make sure your diet, trainning, supps, rest, etc is perfect...Now you don't want to use to much on your first cycle because your receptors will get burned out and that's why bodybuilders that use gear always need to kep uping the dosage on every cycle....I would recommened just an easy 400mg of test e or c each week for 12 weeks and 40mgs of d-bol ed the first 4 wks and start pct at wk 14...

My friend just did a cycle of dbol at 40 mgs for the first 3 weeks. Then he stopped that and added test prop to it dosed at 50 mgs a day for 10 weeks. Just throwin it on out there.

Damm, that's a lot of injections...one a day for 10 weeks...I would go with some test cyp or enth and just deal with 2 injects ew...and you will probably get the same results without all the scar tissue buil up.

500mg of test per week for 10-12 weeks is all you need..

true true.... But at the same time he was worrying about the water weight from the cyp and enan.... Which is understanable.... i deff hate the "puffy" look.... So yea... injecting everyday is a $#%$#... but if u can handle it with the prop.... why not?:p

I agree too. D-bols adds a great touch, but for a first cycle you want to find out how sensitive you are to estrogen sides the easy way, not the hard way...gyno:eek:

Better imo to use test-e or cyp @ 500 mgs a week for 8-10 weeks.

(A Great first would be to have some of that test-u 500 when it comes out because a new guy only has to use 1/2 cc 2x a week.)

Have a 2 packs of Nolva on hand in case you need it.
(one for gyno symptoms, + one to use with clomid at pct)
Have a pac of clomid on hand for pct.
If you dont need the Nolva on cycle, you'll have an extra pac for next time.

You sure as hell dont want to find out your nipples are getting sensitive to touch and then have to try and find nolva the same day cause it aint going to happen unless a friend has some. So have it before hand.

I do 4 jabs a day but im a type 1 diabetic :D

Just a quick question, is dbol oral? There was a lad who I know who started on dianabol and it was tablets.
