Default t4 + clem

Hello, you need a review in January I start my 2nd cycle, 500 enanthate for 10 weeks, but before I use t4 with clem to lower the fat, as would use had thought about taking 50mcg of T4 for 6 weeks and two weeks clem and 2 if it does not repeat it 2 times.

weight 190 pounds with 13% fat.

any opinion?

bulk, My idea is to lower% fat before the cycle, reaching 9% would be perfect

so your going to cut then bulk. i have never used t4 but have used t3 a few times. i dont think i would use ether with out test that shit eats muscle like crazy. you could use clen solo 2 weeks on 2 weeks off maybe use eca inbetween.

If your mind is made up about running thyroid cmpds vs ECA, clen or additional diet and exercise, try this:
As far as T4 I would run it at 100mcg. Since T4 converts to T3 you will end up with less than 100mcg,(prolly 50 mcg). If it were me I would run 50 mcg of T3 my first time, "on cycle". There will be no conversion differences as there is with T4, you know what you're getting. As long as you're usina AAS you will see T3 won't deplete much muscle mass. That being said keep your protein extra high while on T3. Good luck.
