sust 250 questions
I've just started my cycle at 1ml on Sunday night right before be and my heavy bench day Monday morning.
I'm 33 years old and 220lbs not a lot of body fat (almost a 6 pack but not shreaded at all) should I stick to 1ml a week or bump it up? I was thinking 1 ml sunday and 1ml wednesday tell me what you think thanks BOOST |

I personally prefer to shoot sus once per week all in one go, But twice a week is fine |
All in one. Less pin...and not sure how much cardio you do but that's the way to shred that fat for the 6 pack. Short fast run (repetitions) work really good instead of long boring run.

Sus/Test, Equipoise and Tbol is a decent stack
Or you could go for old faithfull, Sus and Dbol |
never tried dbol, but I've heard tons about it.
I'll let you know how it goes today I got my heavy bench in today, not bad for my first heavy lift in a while. 135lbs 10 reps, 205lbs 10 reps with feet up, 255lbs 2 reps, 275lbs 1 rep. then back down the line, 255lbs 4 reps, 205lbs 10 reps with feet up, 135lbs close grip 15reps. so far so good BOOST |
I benched 275 close grip 4 times and 300 twice regular grip on the bench the other day! my max was 315 and I'm about to pass it. I want to get size on me, whats a good 1 2 combo for size? is dbol and sus enough or should I go with test and dbol?
