Yeah I'm just trying something a little different I have a real easy time cutting fat and a hard Time gaining muscle so I was seeing where the dirty bulk would take me for instance when I got sick these last five days I lost 6 lbs I weighed in a 173 this morn :-(. But I'm trying to eat literally all I can. I ate 2 pounds of steak for one of my meals before I got sick with whole wheat pasta and garlic bread. And I think I lift prey big for a guy that's only a buck seventy. But I'll try and go bigger

Hmm I think my question was misinterpreted. I was just trying to figure out since I'm running test no ester and have a pile of dbol and from what I understand the life span of dbol and TNE in the body is hours. wether it would be more benificial to use before I go to the gym or before I eat a big meal? Or shit maybe I should use it go to the gym and then slam a shit ton of food right after(which is pretty much where I'm at).

I was just thinking that when in the gym I'm breaking down my muscles and when I'm eating what I want from the food is protein synthesis. So I came to the conclusion that it would be more beneficial to use those and eat a buch during the active period. As appose to use those and then hit the weights.

Bro if this helps, I try to keep thed-bol running all day since it has a half life of 6 to 8 hrs. I take 25mg in the morning with breakfast and 25mg 1hr before the gym so I can lift the heavy weights required to build that big muscle. Protien shake right after the training so I have my gym bag with shaker and protien so I can utilize that 30min anabolic window to take in the protien that my muscles need.

Yeh both your body cant groq/repair with out food and if theres noting to repair your not gona grow well might get fat ha but both. if i take dbol il take some in the morning then an hour or so before my workout and late enough at night (since your body does most of its repairs at night it makesalot of sence) gives your body enough of the stuff through out the day hope it helped
