Slin Pinning Gears
 

Alright i was on another site and they were talking about back loading a slin pin in order to use it to pin your smaller muscles like bis tris pecs and delts... any one ever try this? What do you guys think? sound like this would make sense? Course i dont know how much liquid my poor little bis can intake.
