Right training during 6week of tren ace-test prop
 
hi to all,
what do you think about the right training (sets, reps, technics,etc...) during a 6 week cycle of trenbolone acetato - testo propionato, both on 100 mg eod?
i need your experience and ideas, all comments are appreciated.

well that will kind of depend on what your currently doing. and what your goals are going to be. im assuming since you have test and tren your planning on bulking?]

if you have been lifting heavy how long how does your body feel? I personally can only lift heavy for 2-3 months at a time before i just start falling apart at the seems.

right now im doing german volume training which ahs a ton of reps and only a few exercises

I think it was easy or robbie who put together what looks to be an intense work out based on 5 by 5s....

there are all kinds of ways to reach your goals.. give us a little more of what you are doing in the gym and the kitchen..

thanx for reply.
now i'm doing an 8x8, a lot of exercise but not lift too much, short time between set (like 20-30").
I have to start when i have all gears...i placed the payment this morning...
i'm 1,85m, 95kg and 8%bf
low cho diet, i'd like carbo and high pro (3gr x kg), fats are the 25% of the total amount of calories

since your currently doing a low weight high reps work out, you could try to switch to a high weight low rep work out for the six week cycle and concentrate on your power lifts. military press, bench, dead lifts, and squats

How days in a week do you think is better?
Now i'm 6 on 1 rest...i know is too much

the rest question woud be on for some one else as i dont think i rest enough. i hate rest days!!! I feel like im not makeing progress on rest days...

oh, i understand that you say...we think that in the rest days, we can loose our progress, but the body growth in that days...i'm hate the rest days too.
when i'm under gears, i dont fell to need a stop, but its possible to go overtraining, not now, but at the end of terapy.
trust in me, i was overtraining in the past and i was under a lot!:-)

When you are taking gear it is very difficult to over train, I train 5 or 6 days a week if I'm on cycle, when I'm not on cycle I train 3 or 4 days a week.
This works well for me
