Its tough
how do you do the extreme workouts you want with no lifting partner. Im on my own Im constantly looking for better equipment and machines but I partner to push and lift the damn weight off when you went to failure would be nice so what do you do? light weights lots of reps? what? |
Try German Volume Training, you don't use anywhere near your maximum weights and you anihilate your muscles!
I'll give you an example, a friend of mine normally trains with 180kg for Squats - I got him to try GVT - 10 sets of 10 reps with 50kg on the bar(he laughed at me, thought I was taking the piss but I convinced him) he still couldn't walk properly after 4 days! https://www.hypermuscles.com/f69/ret...training-6209/ |

Dont train with anyone never stopped my always go banging in
my style of trainign has changed alot the past 4 weeks more intense i always trained with high level of but dam lol and ive come to realise im kinda doing a german volume type training. and in the past 2 weeks im bench has gone up 2.5 kg and im cutting!!! id say its the way to go for most people tbh |

i train in my own gym alone ill go with the volume concept and see how that works Sortof doing it now |
