Methylhydroxynandrolone

Hey everyone

Can anyone tell me the best time to take Methylhydroxynandrolone. I was going to take it first think in the morning when I wake up. I train 1.5 hours after waking up. Or would it be better to take it right before bed then by training would start 11 hours later ?
