Max clen dosage
Ive cycling clen 40mcg tabs 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, i started 40mcg day one and upped one tab a day till i was on 160mcg a day then 2 weeks off and back on 160mcg from day one the problem is after 4 day the shakes and sweats stop but my temp does stay up so dont no if im getting the best out of clen at 160mcg a day, i feel i could go 200mcg a day no probs but thought id ask first if there is any denifit of doing 200mcg a day over 160mcg a day.
Im cutting up nice but so i should my diet has been realy clean and ive upped the cardio but i still like clen as i dont seem to get any muscle wasting whilst on a diet and it does give me a boost in the gym on the two weeks on. |
160mcg is a high dose as it is, why up the dosage to 200mcg if the 160 is working

thats why i asked first didnt no if i was just lucky that my sides go away after a couple of days or if i wasnt getting the full benifit of clen after my sides go away, i do know it the temp that matters most to know if its working or not but i no guys who cant tolarate more than 120mcg and their sides are realy bad and dont go away till they come off. but cheers for the advice

You have just go to tolerant to the sides, that does not mean it has stopped working, as CC say 160mcg is a high dose !
