has anyone used this? curious on how it went for you and if you liked it pros/cons

I had a ton of it yrs ago when Mexico was wide open I loved it when I would diet down I would keep my strength and gave me that real grainy dense look. I would train like a mad man and it was so cheap. Besides used when cutting or power lifting I don't see much use for it. I remember taking halo and cheque drops pre workout and it was insane best sessions I've had
