fat loss with a clen cycle
Im on my first test e 12 week cycle.
starting to see some results but I want to lose some of the extra crap I have. Not bad 6ft 201 but still a little roll or spare tire and too much flab in the chest SO Im looking at a clen cycle. Im figuring clen t-3 and something else What Im asking is help designing a good clen cycle. Id like to stack it into the test cycle im on Or at least during PCT if possible. Im in week 6 of the test 12 week SO Cornish Celt, any suggestions? Ill need products amounts and cycle instructions. Of course if clen is the wrong way to go help me out. Olddog |
First off, forget T3 for the moment
Clenbuterol is cycled for 2 or 3 weeks (I suggest 2 weeks)then you need to have a break for 2 weeks, Do not stay on clen for more than 3 weeks at a time or may end up with the reverse of what you're looking for! The easiest clen to get hold of these days is the underground stuff at 40mcg per tab. Start off on one or even half a tab per day and increase by half a tab per day until you have reached your optimal dosage. The easiest way to find your optimal dosage is by gradually building up the dose over a few days, once you start to feel the typical clen sides(the shakes in your hands) drop the dosage by half a tab and stay on that dose for the remainder of the 2 or 3 weeks. You will probably find that your optimal dosage is somewhere between 80 to 140mcg per day. So your clen cycle will look something like this: Day 1: 20mcg Day 2: 40mcg Day 3: 60mcg Day 4: 80mcg Day 5: 100mcg (say for example that your optimal dosage is 100mcg, then you will stay at 100mcg per day for the remainder of the 2 or 3 weeks of the cycle) Then have a break for 2 weeks. If you decide to go back on the clen after your break you will not need to start at 20mcg again, you can start at half the dosage that you finished the first cycle with, for example if you finished your first cycle on 120mcg per day then you can start the next cycle at 60mcg per day. You should not use clen for more than 3 cycles at a time, give your body a chance to recover from using it. Make sure your diet is clean to get the best out of clen, it's an excellent drug and can work wonders when used correctly. |

all gear on gbn is good to go, You can get either pharma grade or Ug personally I prefer UG as its higher dosage tabs and seems to work better
and yes you can use on your cycle |

Clen can be rough stuff noone likes the jitters watch for those sides.

im really getting no side to speak of
im at 160 clen a day 100 t-3 a day down 12 pounds this cycle. was 182 when i started the test e cycle jumped to 216 in 8 weeks. Lots of water im sure started the clen/t3 on the 4th of july down to 201 last night look a lot harder I still have some loose skin 3 years ago I was 312. Had a gastric bypass. went to 168 and looked frail now I look pretty strong but there is some (m not a lot) but some extra skin/flab/tissue in chest stomach area. Getting better but still there. Another year of the constant gym and cycles and if not gone it is knife time I guess. |
Just keep working out. And make sure when your off cycle just watch your diet and tweek it when it needs to be. You will get the results you want.
